The Mount Vernon Arts & Culture, Inc. held an opening reception in the Rotunda of Mount Vernon City Hall on March 18th. Gerald Jones, a guest artist whose work is currently on exhibit at City Hall was present at the event, led by Mayor Ernest D. Davis and Cynthia Burgos, Chair of the Fine Arts Committee.
